This document is published in English only. We do not maintain a translated version, because two versions of a contract eventually disagree and only one of them can control.
This Refund & Billing Policy (the "Policy") explains how payment, subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds work for WebberUI (webberui.com), a service operated by Teyra LLC ("we," "us," "our"). It works together with our Terms of Service, License Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Subprocessors list. If you have a separately signed agreement with Teyra LLC, that agreement prevails over this Policy where they conflict.
1. The Short Version
- Right now, nothing on WebberUI charges money. Paid billing is not live yet. During our launch promotion, signing in gets you all Pro content free — no card, no payment, and therefore nothing to refund.
- When billing goes live, Pro will be a recurring subscription. It renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the renewal; your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Whatever ends your subscription — cancellation, lapse, or refund — you keep everything you already installed, forever. Installed components never contact our servers and contain no kill switch or expiry. This is a core promise of the product, restated in our License Agreement.
- Refunds: we offer a no-questions-asked refund window of 14 days on your first purchase, and we honor statutory consumer rights in the EU, UK, Taiwan, and elsewhere.
- Problem with a charge? Email us at official@teyrallc.com before disputing it with your bank. We answer fast, and a direct refund reaches you sooner than a chargeback does.
2. Current Status: Paid Billing Is Not Live Yet
2.1 As of the "Last updated" date above, WebberUI collects no payments. There is no live checkout, and no page on webberui.com asks for a credit card or any other payment credential.
2.2 The free tier — 274 components — requires no account, no login, and no payment. There is nothing to bill and nothing to refund. Joining our email list on the pricing page is not a purchase and creates no payment obligation; what we do with that email is described in the Privacy Policy.
2.3 This Policy is written so that it is accurate today and remains accurate the day paid billing turns on. Sections 5 through 14 describe how billing will work from that day; Sections 2 through 4 describe the situation until then.
3. The Launch Promotion: Free Pro on Sign-In
3.1 What it is. While the launch promotion (the "Promotion") is active, anyone who creates a WebberUI account and signs in receives full access to all Pro content — currently 205 Pro items (104 full-page templates and 101 Pro components), 754 composable sections with the composer, and 6 starter kits — completely free. No payment, no credit card.
3.2 It is not a purchase. Promotion access is free of charge. Because you pay nothing, there is no refund, withdrawal, or cooling-off concept that applies to it. Nothing in Sections 9 through 11 applies to free Promotion access.
3.3 The Promotion can end at any time. We may modify or end the Promotion at our discretion, without prior notice. The Promotion is currently scheduled to end on 31 December 2026. When it ends, paid access resumes and new Pro downloads will require a paid subscription.
3.4 What you keep. Ending the Promotion only affects future downloads. Every component, template, section, or kit you installed into your projects during the Promotion remains yours and remains licensed under the terms in effect when you obtained it (see the License Agreement). Installed components never contact our servers, contain no license check at runtime, and have no expiry — so nothing you installed during the Promotion can be, or ever will be, remotely disabled or revoked.
3.5 Sign-in requirement. Promotion access requires a signed-in account. What personal data an account involves, and how we use it, is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. What Pro Is
4.1 "Pro Content" means the paid catalog described on the pricing page: currently 205 Pro items (104 full-page templates + 101 Pro components), 754 composable sections and the composer, 6 vertical starter kits, full commented and typed source code, installation via the shadcn CLI including short-lived install links (valid for at most 15 minutes), and future Pro additions and updates while your subscription is active. Pro includes commercial use, including client work (identical to the free tier — see the License Agreement).
4.2 Pro buys more content, not more rights. The license rules — what you may and may not do with the code — are identical for the free tier and Pro, as stated in the License Agreement. The one exception is the Organization plan, which may include additional rights such as a redistribution license, a private registry, and priority support (see Section 5.3).
5. Pro Subscriptions (From the Day Billing Goes Live)
5.1 Subscription model. Pro is sold as a recurring subscription (a "Pro Subscription"). The billing cycle is annual only. The current price is always displayed on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay; this Policy deliberately states no prices, because the checkout is the authoritative place to see them.
5.2 Payment processing. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider — Paddle.com Market Limited — and the seller of record for your purchase is Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record; Teyra LLC is not. We never see or store your full card number or other payment credentials; those go directly to the payment provider. Our Subprocessors list identifies the providers involved.
5.3 Plans. Two plans are offered:
- Personal — the license is bound to your individual account.
- Organization — one shared subscription for a team; seats and billing are controlled by the organization administrator. The Organization plan may additionally include a redistribution license, a private registry, and priority support; the organization contract defines the actual scope. There is no numeric seat cap; the boundary is the organization itself — sharing access outside your organization is prohibited (see the License Agreement).
5.4 Your responsibility. Keep your payment details current and make sure the email on your account works — renewal reminders, receipts, and payment-failure notices go there.
5.5 Plan changes. If you upgrade — for example, from Personal to Organization, or to a longer billing cycle — the upgrade takes effect immediately, and we charge a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. If you downgrade, the downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, and your current plan continues until then. Plan changes do not create partial refunds beyond what Sections 9 through 11 provide.
6. Auto-Renewal, Renewal Payments, and Price Changes
6.1 Auto-renewal. A Pro Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the then-current renewal price is charged to your payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date (Section 7).
6.2 Renewal reminder. For any subscription term of one year or longer, we will email you a renewal reminder at least 30 days before the renewal date, stating the renewal price and how to cancel.
6.3 Price changes. We will never change the price of a billing period you have already paid for. If the price changes, the new price applies no earlier than your next renewal, and we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the first renewal at which it would apply. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before that renewal — your current period is unaffected, and Section 8 describes what you keep.
6.4 Consent, confirmation, and click-to-cancel. At checkout, the renewal price and billing cycle will be clearly displayed, and you will be asked for a separate, affirmative consent to auto-renewal before any charge is made — auto-renewal is never bundled into a general "I agree" checkbox. Your purchase confirmation email will restate the renewal terms — price, billing cycle, and renewal date — and explain how to cancel. Online cancellation will always be available through the same account interface you used to subscribe (see Section 7): if you can subscribe with clicks, you can cancel with clicks.
7. Cancellation
7.1 How to cancel. Sign in and go to webberui.com/account/subscription (until billing goes live, that page redirects to /pricing), or use the billing portal linked there, or email official@teyrallc.com from your account email with the subject "Cancel subscription." Cancelling is one action. There is no retention maze, no "are you sure" gauntlet, and no phone call required.
7.2 Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Pro access — including Pro downloads and updates — continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then ends. Cancelling mid-period does not trigger a partial-period refund, except as provided in Sections 9 through 11 or where the law requires otherwise.
7.3 Organization plans. Only the organization administrator can cancel an Organization plan. Individual members should contact their administrator.
8. What Ending a Subscription Actually Means (The Core Promise)
8.1 What stops. When your Pro Subscription ends — by cancellation, payment lapse, or refund — you lose the right to download new Pro Content from the registry and to receive updates. That is all that stops.
8.2 What never stops. Everything you installed while your subscription (or the Promotion) was active is your code, in your project, licensed under the terms in effect when you obtained it. Installed components:
- never contact our servers (no phone-home, no telemetry, no reporting);
- contain no runtime license verification;
- have no kill switch and no expiry;
- keep working even if webberui.com goes down permanently.
The visible license-header comment in delivered Pro source is informational only; it executes nothing and may be deleted without effect. These promises are made in the License Agreement and Privacy Policy, and this Policy restates them without weakening them.
8.3 Why this matters for refunds. With most digital subscriptions, losing access destroys the value you paid for — which is what drives most refund requests. WebberUI is built the opposite way: the value you extracted (installed code) survives the subscription that delivered it. We say this openly because it should lower the stakes of every billing decision you make here: cancelling, letting a card lapse, or requesting a refund never takes away work you have already shipped.
9. Refunds
9.1 Voluntary refund window. Your first purchase of a Pro Subscription is refundable in full, no questions asked, if you request the refund within 14 days of the purchase.
9.2 Unintended renewals. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend — you meant to cancel and missed the date — contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will work it out with you.
9.3 How to request. Email official@teyrallc.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request." Within the voluntary window of Section 9.1 you do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.
9.4 How refunds are paid. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment provider. Once issued, they typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
9.5 Effect of a refund. A refund ends your Pro Subscription and your access to Pro downloads immediately. It does not — and cannot — remove anything from your projects: installed components contain no phone-home code and no kill switch, so there is nothing for us to switch off, and we will never attempt to. The license to Pro items you installed before the refund survives the refund. This is consistent with Sections 8.1 and 8.2 and with the no-revocation promise in the License Agreement: work you have already built stays licensed, even though the money came back.
9.6 Abuse. The voluntary window in Sections 9.1 and 9.2 is a goodwill policy, and we may refuse it where it is clearly being abused — for example, repeated cycles of purchasing, mass-downloading Pro Content, and refunding. This limitation never applies to the statutory rights in Sections 10 and 11.
9.7 Statutory rights. Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer right that your local law does not allow to be waived. Where both our voluntary window and a statutory right could apply, you may rely on whichever treats you better.
9.8 Pro-rata refunds when the ending is on us. If we terminate your paid subscription for any reason other than your breach, or you cancel because of a materially adverse change as provided in the Terms of Service, we will refund the pro-rata unused remainder of the term you prepaid. Section 8 applies as always: everything you installed remains yours and remains licensed.
10. Consumers in the EU and UK: 14-Day Withdrawal Right
10.1 If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, distance-selling law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
10.2 Pro is digital content and access supplied immediately — you can download Pro Content the moment payment completes. The law allows the withdrawal right to end early in that situation: at checkout you will be asked to (a) expressly consent to immediate supply, and (b) acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once supply begins. Your consent and acknowledgment will be recorded, and a confirmation will be included in your purchase confirmation email.
10.3 If you prefer to keep the withdrawal right, do not give that consent — but Pro access then cannot begin until the 14-day period has expired or you later consent.
10.4 Our voluntary refund window (Section 9.1) applies to EU and UK consumers in addition to, never instead of, these statutory rights.
11. Consumers in Taiwan
11.1 Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act gives consumers in distance sales (通訊交易) a seven-day review period during which the purchase may be rescinded without reason.
11.2 Regulations under that Act permit an exception for digital content supplied online and for online services completed upon supply, where the consumer gives prior consent. Where checkout relies on that exception, we will ask for your express consent before Pro access begins, and the consent will be recorded.
11.3 Our voluntary refund window (Section 9.1) applies to Taiwan consumers regardless of whether the exception applies.
12. Failed Payments and Grace Period
12.1 If a renewal charge fails, the payment provider will retry it and we will notify you by email so you can update your payment method.
12.2 Your Pro access continues during a grace period of 14 days after the failed charge. We charge no late fees or reactivation fees of our own.
12.3 If payment still cannot be collected by the end of the grace period, the subscription lapses. A lapse works exactly like a cancellation taking effect: Pro downloads stop, and Section 8 applies in full — everything you already installed remains yours and remains licensed.
13. Taxes
13.1 Prices shown may exclude VAT, GST, sales tax, business tax, or similar taxes. Whether and how tax is collected depends on your location and on who the seller of record is (Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record; Teyra LLC is not).
13.2 Any tax that must be collected on the sale will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment. You are responsible for any taxes on your purchase that we or the payment provider are not required to collect.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
14.1 Talk to us first. If a charge looks wrong, email official@teyrallc.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A direct refund under Section 9 typically reaches you in days; a chargeback takes weeks and costs everyone more.
14.2 If a chargeback is filed, we may present transaction records to the payment provider, and while the dispute is pending we may suspend Pro registry access on the account concerned. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may decline future purchases from that account.
14.3 Regardless of any dispute or its outcome, we will never remotely disable, degrade, or interfere with anything you have already installed. Section 8.2 holds unconditionally.
15. Changes to This Policy
15.1 When we change this Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. No change applies retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.
15.2 If a change materially reduces your rights under this Policy and you have an active paid subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect for you, and the change will apply no earlier than your next renewal.
